What does general cleaning involve?

General cleaning is a thorough and comprehensive service that includes detailed cleaning of all rooms — including hard-to-reach places. We clean furniture, equipment, floors, walls (if possible), doors, baseboards, windows, window sills, bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces behind and under furniture and much more. Window washing is always an additional service that can be added to the order.

Does general cleaning differ from regular cleaning?

Yes – the scope of general cleaning is much broader. We devote more time, clean details and places that are not covered by standard cyclical cleaning. It's a premium service that gives the "fresh start effect".

Does oven or refrigerator cleaning come with the service?

Yes, if the client needs it – we can clean the oven, refrigerator, stove, wall tiles, kitchen and bathroom cabinets inside and outside. We always determine the scope individually – you can indicate what's most important to you.

How long does general cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of the apartment or premises. For example, thorough cleaning of 50–60 m² can take from 6 to 10 hours of one person's work. For larger areas or more dirt – time and number of people are adjusted accordingly.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes – we work exclusively with our own professional supplies and equipment. We also have a washing vacuum and specialist preparations if needed.

Can you order the service same day?

It depends on availability – sometimes it's possible, but for general cleaning we recommend booking in advance so we can properly plan time and team.

Can the service also be ordered for offices or commercial premises?

Yes – we also perform thorough cleaning in office spaces, commercial premises, offices or after long-term lack of use.

Do you issue VAT invoices and are you insured?

Yes – we always operate legally, issue VAT invoices and have liability insurance that covers all our services.
