What does comprehensive apartment or premises preparation involve?

It's a service combining cleaning and minor renovation work, thanks to which the premises is fully refreshed and ready for living, renting or selling. We offer, among others, wall painting, replacement of baseboards, cosmetic repairs and thorough cleaning of the entire premises.

In what situations is it worth using this service?

The service works well after tenant move-out, before handing over the apartment to new tenants, before property sale, and also when returning to premises after a long break. It's also an ideal solution for investment property owners.

What renovation work do you perform as part of the service?

We perform minor wall repairs, surface preparation and painting (usually white), replacement or installation of baseboards, sealing silicones, minor assembly work (e.g., curtain rods, handles, grips), covering holes from pictures, etc. We don't perform complicated installation or carpentry work.

Does the service also include cleaning?

Yes – we offer comprehensive cleaning of premises after renovation or refreshing. We handle dust removal, floor washing, bathrooms, kitchen, equipment, vacuuming and general preparation of the apartment for handover.

Can I choose only part of these services?

Yes – we can perform only the renovation part, only cleaning, or plan everything together. The service is fully flexible – we adapt the scope to your needs and budget.

Can you provide a quote before starting work?

Yes – after a brief description, photos or inspection, we'll prepare an individual quote. For larger scope work, a free site visit is possible.

How long does such an order take to complete?

It depends on the scope of work. Simple refreshing with painting and cleaning can take from 1 to 3 days. For larger premises, this time may extend – we determine details individually.

Do you issue VAT invoices and have insurance?

Yes – all our services are covered by liability insurance, and we issue VAT invoices upon client request.
